What is Fox Pointe Publishing?
Created in 2019 by a mother & daughter duo, Fox Pointe Publishing is an independent, full-service, hybrid press of professionals. Most genres are welcome. We prefer to work with authors who are dedicated to their writing craft and are willing to be participants in the process of getting their book/project to market.
Who represents Fox Pointe Publishing?
Chelsea Farr & Kiersten Hall co-founded Fox Pointe Publishing, LLP in 2019 when they decided to finally put a business name on what they had been doing since 2014… publishing books.
When did Fox Pointe Publishing begin?
Mid-2019 is when Fox Pointe came into existence, but the ‘Open for Business’ sign was hung up on January 1, 2020. Our Children's Books are published under the imprint of 'Teacup Press' which began in July 2020.
Why does Fox Pointe Publishing exist?
To introduce readers to new storytellers. We succeed at this task through our ethical and dedicated work habits. Personal and professional integrity is the key to success.
Where is Fox Pointe Publishing located?
One owner lives in Colorado and the other lives in Minnesota. Fortunately, the internet enables us to do business anywhere and be seen everywhere. We also take part in literary events, art festivals, and B2B/B2C tradeshows.
How is Fox Pointe Publishing different?
1. We are NOT a vanity press. We reject more manuscripts than we
accept.
2. We do not take over and kick the author out of the process; you
are a person, not a cog in a machine.
3. Published literature & materials are professionally done and
represented.
4. Everyone who represents Fox Pointe has a strong work ethic
(and we’re perfectionists in what we do.) Partial satisfaction in
the performance of a job is NOT an option.
Have you written a manuscript but have no interest/time in the (countless) steps involved to get it out to the masses? FULL-SERVICE PUBLISHING may be the option for you. A traditional publishing contract is used for this all-inclusive option. Please contact us with your info and we’ll go from there.
