Author Presentations

Please get a hold of the authors, directly, to set a date and time. Their contact info can be found on each of their webpages listed at foxpointepublishing.com/professionals-1

Lead time for reserving an author for a presentation varies from author to author. Average lead time is a minimum of three months.

Please be advised that Fox Pointe authors charge a presentation fee. The specific amount is determined by each author.

The date, event, location and times will be posted on the author’s webpage, and a mention of the event will go out on Fox Pointe’s social media pages. Primary advertising/promotion for the event is covered between the location/event coordinator and the author.

FOX POINTE PUBLISHING WILL PROVIDE:

  • Upon receipt of completed Google Form (see above), Fox Pointe will send the organizer of the Virtual Book Party a personalized email of chosen book links to send to party guests. This link will update in real-time to avoid duplicate purchases.

  • At the close of the Virtual Book Party (last date of event), the purchased books will be shipped to the Guest of Honor, and the tracking number will be sent to the event organizer.

School Book Fair

FOX POINTE PUBLISHING WILL PROVIDE:

  • A personalized pdf for your event which you can share online, print off and send home with the kids, post flyers throughout school/around town, use in a newsletter, local newspaper, etc.

  • The complete transaction process (purchase and delivery) for each customer taking part in your Virtual Book Fair. (U.S. domestic mailing addresses only.)

  • Upon the close of the school’s book fair, Fox Pointe will notify the contact person of how many books* can be chosen by the school.

  • *School Districts receive one FREE book per $100 of retail purchases during the course of their scheduled book fair. The school district can choose between either hardcover or softcover (most books come in both formats.) Example: If the school’s Book Fair generates $1,585.00 in retail sales, that would be 16 FREE books (hardcover/softcover) for the school to choose from our current catalog of 71 titles (current title count as of 9/9/22.)

  • Delivery to domestic U.S. addresses only. International mailing addresses will incur additional shipping.

  • Ideally, a Book Fair should be at least one (1) full school week long, and be promoted two (2) weeks in advance so people can plan to make a purchase.
